1. Car Park Area

I am aware of vehicles, and quiet electric vehicles operating in the car park and will be alert at all times.

I will only park in designated parking spots and if no spaces available I will use the overflow car park

All official designated parking bays assigned to Club officials are not to be parked in. This includes the vacant Ladies Captain space which is now assigned to club staff only.

All disabled bays are only to be used by vehicles displaying a blue badge.

No vehicles are to be parked alongside the front of the clubhouse or near the entrance.

2. Practice Facility Usage - member is to be made aware of the practice facilities rules

I understand the undercover facility is a warm up facility, and I will read the safety rules upon entering the facility.

I understand all shots must be hit away from nearby houses, and only back up toward the direction of the clubhouse, and I will not hit shots in any direction that risks neighbouring properties or other golfers.

I understand the practice chipping green is for chipping only, and I will not hit full shots into the practice green that cause pitch marks or damage.

I understand and will follow the clubs dress code, including appropriate footwear whilst on the practice area.

I understand that shouting 'Fore!' is required if I hit a stray shot toward others, and I know that if I hear 'Fore!', I must immediately duck and protect my head and be alert.

I understand that there are defibrillators on the 1st tee / clubhouse area and on the 9th tee at Corey’s Corner - (please familiarise yourself with how to use them should the need arise)

I understand that green-staff and machinery are operating on the course and they must be given priority at all times. I also agree not to cross course boundaries to retrieve golf balls, especially from farmers fields which is considered as trespass.

I understand that I can play 6 holes, 10 holes or an 18 hole configuration and the only tee I can cut in on is the 17th tee by alternating with golfers from the 16th when not in club competitions. This only applies Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays and is at the discretion of the Pro-Shop. Cutting in on the 17th tee is not permissible on weekends or bank holidays due to volume of tee times taken.

I will display my membership bag tag at all times to show that I am a paid member for the current year.

I will only take paid visitors or other members onto the course with me. Anybody that does accompany me onto the course as a non-golfer is at their own risk, and will not be allowed to hit golf shots on the course or practice area.

I am aware that I can only sign in the same visiting golfer up to a maximum of six times per year.

I understand that if I have a complaint or concern that this can be raised online through the members section of the website (complaints form) or directly with the Director Of Golf or GM. I understand that The Nest simulator room is a members only facility. If I wish to take a non Brynhill member into the sim room to use the sim then they must at least be a “Nest Sim Room” silver member. I am aware that I cannot take guests into the facility unless they are a sim room member.
