Booking & Package Details
The following wedding package has been selected and agreed between the clients and Brynhill Golf Club.
Wedding Ceremony – The Lounge
- Ceremony for up to 40 persons
- Easel for welcome sign
- Chair covers and sashes in colour of choice
- Aisle décor in keeping with the wedding theme
- Dressed registrar table with skirt, swags and floral décor
- Choice of backdrop – voiles, arch or starlight curtain
- Window voiles in keeping with the wedding theme
Wedding Reception – Main Lounge
- Exclusive use of the Main Lounge for the wedding reception
- Dressed top table with skirts, swags and themed décor
- Chair covers and sashes for up to 40 guests
- Five table runners
- Five table centrepieces
- Decorated cake table
- Decorated gift table
Evening Reception
Use of the Main Lounge for an evening wedding celebration for up to 100 guests.
The evening celebration will conclude by 11:45pm.
Evening Buffet – 100 Guests
- Four sandwich selections
- Chicken goujons
- Ham or cheese & onion quiche
- Sausage rolls
- Beef pasties
- Cocktail sausages
- Chef's dessert platter
Payment Terms
Non-refundable deposit required to secure the wedding date.
Received – 4th September 2026
50% of the remaining balance.
Due by 2nd July 2027 – 10 weeks before the wedding.
The outstanding balance must be paid in full by 30th July 2027 – 6 weeks before the wedding.
Cancellation Policy
Should the clients need to cancel their wedding booking, the following cancellation terms will apply:
- Cancellation more than 10 weeks before the wedding date: the £625 booking deposit is forfeited.
- Cancellation between 10 weeks and 6 weeks before the wedding date: 50% of the total package fee is payable.
- Cancellation within 6 weeks of the wedding date: the full package price is payable.
Venue Use & Timings
- The Main Lounge evening wedding celebration must conclude by 11:45pm.
- The bar will close at 12:00 midnight.
Suppliers & Food Policy
- The clients are welcome to use external wedding suppliers, including photographers, videographers, entertainment providers, florists and wedding cake suppliers, subject to any reasonable requirements or approval of Brynhill Golf Club.
- External catering is not permitted. All food served as part of the wedding must be provided by the venue or its authorised catering partner unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.
Final Guest Numbers, Menus & Dietary Requirements
Final guest numbers, individual menu selections, dietary requirements, allergies and any other information reasonably required by the venue must be confirmed no later than 6 weeks before the wedding date.
Liability & Damage
Brynhill Golf Club accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings, wedding decorations, gifts, equipment or other items brought onto the premises by the clients, their guests or external suppliers.
The clients are responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing any Brynhill Golf Club property, fixtures, fittings or equipment damaged by the clients, their guests or suppliers during the wedding or associated celebrations.
Agreement & Acceptance
By completing and submitting the agreement form below, the clients confirm that they have read, understood and accept the terms of this Wedding Booking Contract.
The clients also confirm that the package details, wedding date, agreed price and payment schedule shown above accurately reflect their wedding booking with Brynhill Golf Club.

Soup of the day, with a crusty baguette
King prawn and crab salad
Tomato and lardo on toast with olive oil drizzle
Main course:
Beef Brisket and York pud
Moroccan pork and apricot tagine
Rolled stuffed chicken breast with feta and red pepper
All main courses are served with roast potatoes, red cabbage, parsnips, cauliflower cheese, green beans and carrots

Mini meringue with strawberries soaked in balsamic vinegar and fresh cream

PACKAGE PRICE £6,245
2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of £625 is required to secure the date. This has been received and was paid on the 4th September 2026 by card payment.
£2,810 (50% of the remaining balance) is due by 2nd July 2027 (10 weeks before the wedding date)
£3,247.50 - The final balance is due by 30th July 2027 (6 weeks before the wedding date)
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 10 weeks before the wedding: forfeit £500 deposit.
Cancellation within 10 to 6 weeks: 50% of total package fee payable.
Cancellation within 6 weeks of the event: full balance is payable.
4. Venue Use & Timings
The main lounge evening party must conclude by 11.45 PM
The bar will close at 12:00 AM.
5. Suppliers & Food Policy
Couples are welcome to bring in external suppliers such as photographers, entertainment, and wedding cakes, subject to approval.
No external food catering is permitted; all food must be provided by the venue unless agreed in writing.
6. Final Guest Numbers & Details
Final guest numbers, dietary requirements, and menu selections must be confirmed no later than 6 weeks prior to the wedding date.
7. Liability
The venue accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or items brought in by the couple or their guests. Any damage caused to the premises or property will be charged to the client.
