PACKAGE PRICE £1,500

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of is required to secure the date. This has been received and was paid on the 18th August 2025 by card - total = £250

• £625 (50% of the remaining balance) is due 7th August 2026 (10 weeks before the wedding date)

• £625 - The final balance is due 4th September 2026 (6 weeks before the wedding date)

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 10 weeks before the wedding: forfeit £250 deposit.

• Cancellation within 10 to 6 weeks: 50% of total package fee payable.

• Cancellation within 6 weeks of the event: full balance is payable.

4. Venue Use & Timings

• The main lounge evening party must conclude by 12:00 AM

• The bar will close at 11:40 PM.

5. Suppliers & Food Policy

• Couples are welcome to bring in external suppliers such as photographers, entertainment, and wedding cakes, subject to approval.

• No external food catering is permitted; all food must be provided by the venue unless agreed in writing.

6. Final Guest Numbers & Details

Final guest numbers, dietary requirements, and menu selections must be confirmed no later than 6 weeks prior to the wedding date.

7. Liability

The venue accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or items brought in by the couple or their guests. Any damage caused to the premises or property will be charged to the client.
