Members, guests and visitors are welcome to take photographs and short videos during their visit for personal use, subject to consideration for other people using the Club.

• Personal photographs of your round, playing partners and the golf course are welcome.
• Short personal videos and golf swing recordings are permitted.
• Content may be shared on personal social-media accounts.
• Photography and filming must never interfere with another golfer's shot or the normal pace of play.
• Players must remain aware of other golfers and course safety at all times.
• Please respect anyone who asks not to be photographed or filmed.

The privacy and enjoyment of everyone using Brynhill Golf Club must be respected.

• Do not deliberately film or photograph another person without their knowledge where they would reasonably expect privacy.
• Do not repeatedly or intrusively film other groups on the golf course.
• Do not obstruct play, pathways, entrances or working areas while creating content.
• Club staff should not be used as participants in content without their agreement.
• Photography or filming must stop if requested by an authorised member of Club staff.

Brynhill Golf Club takes the safeguarding and privacy of children and junior golfers seriously.

Anyone undertaking organised or commercial photography involving junior golfers must obtain prior Club approval and comply with any safeguarding requirements specified by Brynhill Golf Club.

We love seeing Brynhill shared across social media and encourage members and visitors to tag and support the Club.

• Personal social-media posts showing your experience at Brynhill are welcome.
• Please represent fellow golfers, staff and visitors respectfully.
• Do not publish content designed to embarrass, harass or target another member, visitor or member of staff.
• Private Club matters, complaints or disputes should be raised through the appropriate Club channels rather than through public social media.
• The Brynhill Golf Club name or identity must not be used in a way that falsely suggests official Club endorsement, partnership or sponsorship.

The golf course remains a live sporting environment. Golf and the safety of players, staff and visitors must always take priority over photography or filming.

• Filming must not delay play.
• Golfers must not repeatedly replay shots solely for filming purposes during normal course play.
• Cameras, tripods and other equipment must not obstruct tees, greens, pathways or other golfers.
• Equipment must not be positioned where it could create a safety risk.
• Greenkeeping and Club operations must not be interrupted for photography or filming.
• Any instructions from Club staff or the Professional Shop must be followed immediately.

Brynhill Golf Club, its golf course, clubhouse and facilities are private property.

The use of Brynhill Golf Club for commercial photography, video production, advertising, sponsored content, promotional activity or other commercial content creation requires prior permission from the Club.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• YouTube or other monetised video channels.
• Commercial golf-content creators and influencers.
• Sponsored or paid social-media content.
• Brand collaborations and product promotion.
• Advertising photography or video.
• Golf equipment or clothing promotion.
• Commercial photography shoots.
• Television, documentary or media production.
• Business promotional videos.
• Professional drone filming.
• Content created on behalf of a company, organisation, business or commercial brand.

Each commercial request will be considered individually. Approval may depend upon the nature and scale of the proposed activity.

Brynhill Golf Club may consider:

• The purpose and nature of the proposed content.
• The company, brand, creator or organisation involved.
• The number of people involved in filming.
• The amount and type of equipment being used.
• The requested areas of the golf course or clubhouse.
• The likely impact on members and normal golf operations.
• Health and safety considerations.
• Insurance requirements.
• Safeguarding and privacy considerations.
• Use of the Brynhill Golf Club name, logo or branding.

Approval may include specific conditions, permitted locations, dates, times or other restrictions. Depending on the nature of the activity, a commercial location or facility fee may also apply.

Permission to photograph or film at Brynhill does not automatically grant permission to use the Brynhill Golf Club logo, branding or other Club assets.

Any commercial use of the Brynhill Golf Club name or logo must be specifically authorised by the Club.

Content must not suggest that Brynhill Golf Club endorses a product, business, service, individual or organisation unless an official agreement is in place.

Brynhill Golf Club regularly captures photography and video to promote the Club, its golf course, competitions, facilities and events.

This may include general photographs or footage of Club events, competitions and activity around the course and clubhouse for use on the Club website, MembersHub and official social-media channels.

Where an individual is the specific focus of promotional photography or filming, the Club will seek appropriate permission where required.

Anyone who has a particular concern about appearing in Club photography or video should speak to the Club Office.
