Membership Fees and Payment Obligation Agreement

As per point 11 in the Brynhill Code Of Conduct, annual membership constitutes a commitment for the full membership year. Members choosing to pay by monthly instalments, whether through a third-party finance provider or any other approved payment method, remain fully liable for the total annual membership subscription.

The payment provider acts solely as a finance facility and has no authority to amend, suspend or terminate a member's contractual obligations to Brynhill Golf Club. Cancellation of a finance agreement, missed instalments, default, or withdrawal from the finance arrangement does not cancel membership or release the member from their obligation to pay the full annual subscription.

Where a finance provider reclaims monies from the Club due to a member's default, the outstanding balance shall immediately become payable directly to Brynhill Golf Club. The Club reserves the right to suspend membership privileges, withdraw handicap and competition eligibility, recover any outstanding sums through debt recovery or legal proceedings, and seek recovery of any reasonable costs incurred in pursuing the debt.
