ROOM HIRE - WAKE
To ensure a respectful environment and compliance with health and safety standards, we kindly ask all clients to adhere to the following policies:
Children must be supervised at all times and are not permitted to be on the golf course or grass areas at any time. This includes the grass area just past the clubhouse patio area.
Non Brynhill golf members are not permitted onto the golf course areas - this is due to insurance and health and safety.
Only our in-house catering provider, Lunch at Twelve, may be used. No food may be brought into the clubhouse, and no external food delivery services (e.g. Uber Eats, Deliveroo) are permitted.
Laptop connections to our TVs are not permitted due to data protection and cybersecurity risks. You may display photos via a USB memory stick provided in advance.
No items including banners / posters etc are to be stuck, taped, or pinned to the walls or windows. Please use the provided easel and memory table for displays.
No illegal substances (including recreational drugs) may be brought onto or consumed on the premises.
No soft drinks or alcohol is to be brought into the clubhouse from outside. Only beverages purchased at the bar may be consumed on the premises.
The person booking and paying for the room hire is liable for any damage to the building, furniture, fixtures, or grounds caused by themselves or their guests as a result of misconduct or negligence.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By ticking the box on the online form and submitting your booking request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
